Coverage you can apply for through us

Yes—we can help you apply for Medicare Supplement coverage.

We begin with Original Medicare, your eligibility, and the plan benefits you want to compare. Then we review Medicare Supplement policies available through the insurers we represent.

Eligibility

Are you in the right enrollment window?

Your age, Part B effective date, prior coverage, and guaranteed-issue circumstances can affect application rights and whether medical underwriting may apply.

Comparison

Which standardized plan fits your priorities?

Plans with the same letter provide the same basic benefits. Premiums, availability, and company-specific considerations can differ among insurers.

Application

Ready to move from questions to coverage?

When you select an available policy, we can help you complete the Medicare Supplement application and understand the next steps.

A useful place to begin

Review before you replace or cancel existing coverage.

A move alone does not automatically create a new Medigap Open Enrollment Period. Your current policy, new ZIP code, Part B effective date, and eligibility should be reviewed before you make a change.

Before you scheduleIf you need Medicare Advantage assistance, an introduction to a separate licensed partner is available at your request. Your information is not submitted or saved by this selector.

Before you schedule

Clear answers about the service.

What Medicare coverage does Family Retirement Services offer?

We offer Medicare Supplement Insurance—also called Medigap—through private insurers we represent. We do not offer Medicare Advantage or stand-alone Part D plans.

Can you help if I want Medicare Advantage?

We do not sell Medicare Advantage plans. At your request, we can connect you with a separate licensed partner that handles its own plan discussions, recommendations, enrollment process, and required disclosures.

Does moving to Florida automatically let me buy any Medigap policy?

No. A move alone does not necessarily create a new Medigap Open Enrollment Period or guaranteed-issue right. Your current coverage, Part B effective date, timing, and other circumstances can affect eligibility and whether medical underwriting applies.

Who can purchase Medicare Supplement Insurance?

Medicare Supplement works with Original Medicare. Generally, you must have Medicare Parts A and B to buy a Medigap policy. Eligibility, availability, premiums, and underwriting requirements vary by individual circumstances and insurer.

Will we discuss financial planning during this appointment?

No. The Medicare Supplement appointment is limited to Medicare insurance. Tax-aware financial planning and investment-advisory services are separate and require a different conversation.

What should I have available?

It can be helpful to know your Medicare Parts A and B effective dates, current coverage type, current insurer and plan letter, Florida ZIP code, and the questions you want answered. Please do not send Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, tax returns, or account statements by email.
