Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Family Retirement Services handles information connected with this website.
Martine Financial Co, doing business as Family Retirement Services (“FRS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respects your privacy. This policy applies to familyretirementservice.com and information we receive through website-related communications and scheduling.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect:
- Information you provide: your name, telephone number, email address, guide or information requests, appointment details, and other information you choose to provide through this website, a third-party scheduling service, or during a conversation.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of access.
- Advertising and interaction information: first- and latest-touch campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, referring host and path, landing path, and interactions with registration, scheduling, telephone, review, or other links, but only when the applicable optional tracking or explicit form submission is used.
Please do not place Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, financial account numbers, tax documents, health information, or other sensitive records in public website fields or appointment notes. We will provide an appropriate method if sensitive information is needed later.
Sources of information
We obtain information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from service providers that support our website and scheduling, and from advertising platforms when you interact with one of our campaigns.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to requests, deliver requested guides, follow up about those requests, arrange meetings, provide requested information, operate and secure the site, understand site use, measure advertising, improve services, maintain records, prevent fraud, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not use public website interactions to make automated decisions about eligibility for financial, advisory, or insurance services.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, customer relationship management, webinar registration and delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, video, scheduling, security, or professional services; to regulators or authorities when legally required; and in connection with a reorganization or business transaction. These providers have their own contractual and legal responsibilities. Current website services may include Vercel or OpenAI Sites for hosting, Wealthbox for customer relationship management and recordkeeping, eWebinar and Brevo for webinar registration and communications, Google Analytics, Calendly, and YouTube. Google advertising, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising UET, or the LinkedIn Insight Tag may be enabled only after configuration and the applicable visitor choice.
With your Advertising Cookies permission, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag only on our retirement-tax educational workshop registration page to measure campaign visits and registration activity and to create website audiences. LinkedIn may receive the page URL and referrer, IP address, device and browser information, timestamp, and limited interaction information such as page visits, button clicks, and form-submission status. We do not configure LinkedIn Enhanced Matching or intentionally send LinkedIn your name, email address, telephone number, SMS choices, form-field values, financial information, tax information, or health information. The tag does not load unless you accept Advertising Cookies, and you may withdraw that permission through Cookie Settings.
Mobile information and text-message consent
If you choose to receive text messages, we collect your mobile number, consent selections, the date and time of consent, and limited technical information needed to document your request. We use this information to provide the categories of messages you selected, manage your preferences, respond to HELP and STOP requests, maintain consent records, and comply with carrier and legal requirements.
Our current SMS program is limited to non-marketing registration confirmations, access links, reminders, and schedule changes for an educational webinar or workshop for which you register. It does not authorize future-event marketing, appointment reminders, general client-service texting, workbook or resource delivery, or unrelated promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Text-message consent is not a condition of registering for an educational webinar or workshop or purchasing any product or service. The webinar-update choice is optional and is not selected by default. See our SMS Terms and Conditions and Text Message Consent page.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising disclosures as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where applicable, you may opt out through . The site also recognizes browser-based Global Privacy Control signals by keeping advertising tracking off for that browser.
Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary storage supports core operation and remembers privacy choices. Optional analytics helps us understand site use and may retain first- and latest-touch campaign attribution for up to 90 days. Optional advertising technologies may measure campaigns and build retargeting audiences. Non-essential technologies default to off until a visitor makes a choice. You can revise that choice through the footer at any time. See our Cookie Policy.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive information; and to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
To submit a request, call 833-842-7778. Please state that you are making a privacy request. Do not include sensitive account or health information in scheduling notes.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, and security needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Third-party services
Calendly, eWebinar, YouTube, Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, social platforms, and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Our Medicare video uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, but playing it may still communicate information to YouTube. Microsoft may collect or receive information through UET when advertising tracking is allowed; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. LinkedIn explains its advertising-data practices in the LinkedIn Insight Tag information. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s policy.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.
Financial privacy notices
This website policy describes online practices. It does not replace any separate privacy notice that an investment adviser, insurance agency, or other regulated financial institution is required to provide to clients or consumers.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Questions may be directed by telephone to 833-842-7778.
