What cookies and similar technologies do

Cookies, local storage, pixels, and tags can remember settings, measure website use, or connect a visit with an advertising campaign. Some are placed by us and others by service providers.

Our categories

• Necessary: supports site security, basic operation, and storage of your privacy choices. This category cannot be disabled through our preference tool.
• Analytics: Google Analytics may measure pages viewed, general device information, referral source, and interactions such as registration, scheduling, or telephone-link clicks. When a visitor allows analytics, we may store first- and latest-touch campaign information in browser storage, including UTM fields, supported advertising click identifiers, referring host and path, and landing path. Google Analytics measurement ID: G-WPXDKZSCEQ. Analytics and persistent campaign-attribution storage activate only after analytics consent.
• Advertising: Google Ads and YouTube campaign measurement, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising UET, or the LinkedIn Insight Tag may be configured to measure campaign performance and build retargeting audiences. These technologies load only after advertising consent and only when the corresponding business identifier is configured. We do not send registration names, email addresses, telephone numbers, SMS choices, form-field values, account values, or tax answers through these browser advertising events.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

After you allow Advertising Cookies, the LinkedIn Insight Tag may load only on /retirement-tax-webinar to measure campaign visits and registration activity and to build retargeting audiences. It may receive the page URL and referrer, IP address, device and browser information, timestamp, and limited Website Actions information such as page visits, button clicks, and form-submission status. We do not configure LinkedIn Enhanced Matching or intentionally send LinkedIn names, email addresses, telephone numbers, SMS choices, form-field values, financial information, tax information, or health information. LinkedIn campaign links also use campaign parameters for source reporting, but Family Retirement Services does not copy LinkedIn's first-party click identifier into its campaign-attribution record or Wealthbox evidence.

Third-party content

The Medicare landing page includes a video using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube may receive device or usage information when you choose to play the video. Calendly opens as a separate service when you choose to schedule. eWebinar operates the workshop registration and viewing experience under its own technology and privacy terms. Microsoft may collect or receive information through UET when advertising tracking is allowed; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Change your choices

Use Privacy Choices to accept, reject, or revise optional categories. Browser settings may also delete or block cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising tracking remains off for that browser.

Retention

Your privacy preference is stored in your browser until you clear site data or we replace the preference version. Consented first- and latest-touch campaign-attribution information is used for up to 90 days and is removed when it expires and the site is next used, or sooner if analytics consent is withdrawn. Provider cookie durations may vary; consult the provider's policy for current details.
