No professional or fiduciary relationship from site use

Planning illustrations and investment risk

Medicare Supplement insurance information is limited to the stated insurance scope and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Government, Medicare, or any governmental agency. Availability, eligibility, premiums, and coverage depend on the carrier, policy, state, and individual circumstances. Medicare Advantage inquiries may be referred to a separate partner. Insurance guarantees depend on the issuing insurer’s financial strength and claims-paying ability.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep content useful and current, but laws, tax rules, Medicare information, products, and services can change. We do not warrant that the site will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You are responsible for independently verifying information before acting.

Links to Calendly, Google, YouTube, Signal Wealth, the Social Security Administration, and other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at scale, misrepresent your identity, or reuse protected content, branding, or design without permission. Text-message consent is optional, is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and is collected separately from acceptance of these general website terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FRS and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and revision date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
